At The Vault Pro Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-built scooters and parts that have been mounted or scratched are not eligible for return.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all hardware or manuals that came with the product.

  • 2.
    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
